Our experienced team can cut complex component designs using laser cutting equipment and modernized water jet cutting equipment from a wide variety of raw materials up to 6” thick in some cases. Once cut, each component is further finished using advanced machining equipment and welded to specs by AWS-certified welding professionals.

Using electrically charged spray guns, the powder is evenly applied to the component surface and adhered using electrical attraction. Once applied, the components are cured in an oven at temperatures specific to the powder to create a hard protective layer that provides a barrier between the raw material and exposure to the elements.
The new in-house powder coating services at Precision Steel are completed using a Kool Coat HD Powder Coat Box Feed System and an 8’ x 12’ curing oven. While not as robust as some other equipment offered by large-scale powder coating providers in PA, this versatile equipment is capable of providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing powder coat finish to an array of fabrication projects.
